B2B Sales Director

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking a senior B2B Sales Director to lead and scale its B2B revenue engine. The role combines high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on business development across SaaS and complex enterprise solutions, targeting both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build, manage, and continuously optimise the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, conversion and deal closure.
• Identify, negotiate with and secure high‑value B2B clients, strategic partners and enterprise accounts.
• Lead SaaS and solution‑selling initiatives by understanding client needs and positioning products as business solutions.
• Represent the company in face‑to‑face meetings, networking events and business development activities.
• Drive international market expansion by identifying new markets, creating entry strategies and building regional partnerships.
• Recruit, coach and lead a high‑performing sales team, implementing sales processes, KPIs, CRM systems and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B sales, SaaS, enterprise sales and international markets.
• Track record of closing high‑value deals and building scalable revenue engines.
• Experience working outside Syria and familiarity with professional international sales standards.
• Strong ability to sell complex solutions to senior decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Ambitious, serious and capable of representing the company professionally with partners, investors and enterprise clients.
