Beauty Social Media Content Creator and Video Presenter

About the role

NPBC is looking for a dynamic Beauty Social Media Content Creator and Video Presenter to join its Damascus office. You will be the on‑camera face of the brand, producing engaging beauty‑focused videos that showcase products, tutorials, reviews and storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script and produce short‑form videos, product showcases, tutorials and reviews for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Appear on camera to demonstrate product usage, highlight benefits and interact with the audience.
• Manage content calendars, coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots, and collaborate with marketing, sales and brand teams.
• Optimize each piece of content for the specific platform and engage with followers through comments and messages.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience insights and propose improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with beauty trends, social‑media best practices and new platform features.

Required profile

• Strong experience in filming, on‑camera presenting and basic video editing for beauty content.
• Ability to design and execute content strategies and adapt formats for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Deep knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, trends and consumer preferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in Arabic, English highly preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, creative visual sense for framing, lighting and styling.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Damascus and collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.
