BIM Architect (On‑site, Cairo)

About the role
ULTRA PRO ENGINEERING is seeking a full‑time, on‑site BIM Architect to join its Cairo office. You will be responsible for creating and managing architectural BIM models throughout the concept, detailed design and construction phases, ensuring they meet project standards and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and coordinate architectural BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
- Produce and coordinate architectural and construction drawings for all project stages.
- Prepare technical documentation, submittals and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve coordination issues and support clash detection.
- Monitor model quality, data integrity and drive continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in architectural design principles and building regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with BIM implementation on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 or similar BIM standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
