Center Coordinator – TVET (Homs) – Daily Paid

About the role

The Center Coordinator will manage the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) centre in Homs, ensuring that activities are aligned with the needs of Palestine refugees and UNRWA standards. This is a daily‑paid position reporting to the Chief of TVET.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement and evaluate TVET programmes based on needs assessments and market research.
• Handle administrative duties including logistics, budgeting support, bill processing, filing, archiving and staff attendance records.
• Coordinate and support centre staff such as instructors and facility attendants, and assist trainees as required.
• Maintain safety and condition of classrooms, workshops and equipment, overseeing facility maintenance.
• Prepare regular monthly reports and update the Principal TVET Programme and field staff.
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field; equivalent qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, rigor and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to humanitarian and development work, especially serving Palestine refugees.
• Respect for UNRWA rules, regulations and priorities, and good relations with the local community.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
