Commercial Branch Manager

About the role

The Commercial Branch Manager leads all commercial activities of the branch, driving sustainable revenue growth and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy. This senior position oversees Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and Commercial Operations while building high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the branch commercial strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Recruit, lead, coach and develop Sales, Business Development and Customer Service teams.
• Set performance objectives, KPIs and incentive plans for the commercial team.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts and budgets to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support closure of major agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service and other departments to ensure service excellence.
• Manage commercial budgets, track performance dashboards and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of commercial, sales or business development experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing commercial teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
