Concession & Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Concession & Retail Operations Supervisor leads a team of specialists to drive sales and revenue across assigned concession and retail categories. This role ensures product pricing, layout, availability, and display standards are met while maintaining strong relationships with concessionaires inside and outside terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to support sales growth, upselling, cross‑selling and retention strategies.
• Monitor monthly sales performance, footfall conversion, ATV and KPI trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with commercial operational guidelines, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct on‑site checks for goods availability, product quality, planogram adherence and pricing accuracy.
• Develop and update SOPs, checklists and work instructions for each concession category.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and performance feedback to the concession team.
• Act as the primary operational contact for concessionaires, handling requests, issues and escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or concession management with a focus on sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to enforce compliance with operational guidelines and safety standards.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing a team.
