CSA Project Manager

About the role

The CSA Project Manager leads the delivery of all civil, structural and architectural works for data centre and technical building projects. You will ensure that every CSA element—from sub‑structure to architectural finishes—is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full CSA scope across sub‑structure, super‑structure, envelope, interiors, external works and related infrastructure.
• Review and align contractor construction programmes with the master schedule, flagging critical path issues and recovery actions.
• Support review and sign‑off of IFC drawings, structural calculations, material submittals and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, material compliance and adherence to approved shop drawings.
• Lead the RFI process for CSA design queries and ensure timely incorporation of responses.
• Chair CSA progress and coordination meetings, documenting minutes and actions.
• Assess variation claims, extensions of time and change orders, providing technical recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with concrete mix designs, rebar schedules, steel erection procedures and waterproofing systems.
• Coordinate CSA activities with parallel MEP, ELV/ICT and specialist trades.
• Oversee production of As‑Built drawings, O&M manuals and handover packages.
• Track and report CSA KPIs (program, quality, cost, HSE) to senior management.
• Support HSE enforcement for excavation, formwork and façade installation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of project or site management experience on data‑centre, critical‑mission or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
