Digital Workplace Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to support and optimise our digital workplace solutions, helping employees collaborate more effectively and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration tools, and end‑user devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.
• Maintain workplace systems, endpoint devices, and security compliance standards.
• Assist in automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Deliver user guidance and promote adoption of digital workplace tools.
• Monitor service performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Digital Workplace environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and endpoint support.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
