ERP Assistant – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Assistant who is fluent in Arabic to support our ERP environment, troubleshoot issues, and help translate business needs into technical solutions. The role combines technical support, functional analysis, and user training.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and analyse reported issues and operational problems.
• Gather business requirements from teams and agents and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Define screens, workflows, validation rules, reports and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are complete and ready for implementation.
• Perform advanced SQL investigations and execute approved database updates.
• Configure ERP settings, users, roles, permissions and system parameters.
• Set up third‑party services such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, creating service accounts and configuring connections.
• Use PHP and JavaScript knowledge to troubleshoot and apply minor code changes.
• Document findings, create user guides, SOPs and instructional videos.
• Deliver online or in‑person training sessions and prepare training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, business analysis, ERP/CRM or software implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Required skills

• SQL (investigation and safe database updates).
• PHP.
• JavaScript.
• ERP configuration and user management.
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API integration.
• Experience with Salesforce or Zoho (preferred).
