About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead the IT department, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of technology services that support business objectives. This senior role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and hands‑on leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, managing staff, budgets, and resources.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define IT needs and create roadmaps.
• Lead IT projects from planning and budgeting through implementation and evaluation.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for security and data privacy.
• Provide mentorship and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
• Represent the IT function in senior‑management meetings.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge across networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Proven leadership and management experience in guiding IT teams.
• Expertise in IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills for complex IT challenges.
• ERP experience, preferably functional SAP knowledge.
