Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Transmed is looking for an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for business users needing technical assistance. You will ensure productivity by delivering reliable, responsive help‑desk services within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, conference‑room equipment, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify whether they stem from hardware, software, or network connections and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform daily data backups to maintain business continuity.
• Manage IT inventory, keep detailed usage records, and advise management on re‑ordering needs.
• Procure IT equipment in accordance with the organization’s procurement policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in an IT support role.
