Infrastructure Delivery Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Delivery Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of all infrastructure components required to host, secure and operate the client platform across development, testing, staging and production environments. This role ensures that servers, databases, networks, security controls and monitoring tools are ready to support both project delivery and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end infrastructure delivery plan for all environments.
• Coordinate with cloud, hosting, networking, cybersecurity, database, system administration and application delivery teams.
• Ensure readiness of servers, OS, databases, storage, firewalls, reverse proxies, load balancers, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, monitoring and backup solutions.
• Support architecture decisions for Odoo, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, API gateways and reporting components.
• Manage dependencies, risks, schedules and access requirements.
• Implement environment segregation, governance and control across DEV, QA/UAT, staging and production.
• Oversee hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation and security baselines.
• Guarantee high availability, disaster recovery, backup, monitoring and restore procedures.
• Assist with performance testing, capacity planning, scalability assessments and production readiness validation.
• Monitor delivery progress and escalate blockers or risks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, cloud/platform engineering or technical project delivery.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure for enterprise applications, ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo) or web‑based systems.
• Strong understanding of Linux environments and infrastructure security governance.
