Junior Online Content Manager

About the role

NTU International is looking for a Junior Online Content Manager to join a pool of Non‑Key Experts that will provide on‑demand communication support for EU policy outreach across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The position focuses on maintaining and improving website and digital platform content in line with EU branding and communication standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Draft, edit and publish web content according to communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, accessible and user‑friendly.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Support digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website performance and assist with basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintain content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding standards.
• Assist with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism or web content.
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with CMS tools.
• Minimum 2 years of general experience in online communication.
• At least 1 year of specific experience managing website or online content.
