Marketing Operations Assistant (Remote – Syria)

About the role

Azurreo is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant who will work fully remotely from Syria. This entry‑level position supports the day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks of the Marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate data management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Collect, organize, and verify information before entering it into CRM systems.
• Perform accurate data entry and keep records up to date.
• Follow up on website submissions and ensure required actions are completed.
• Organize folders, files, and internal documentation.
• Proofread articles and written content before publication.
• Manage calendars, reminders, and recurring administrative tasks.
• Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining operational records.
• Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative activities and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Syria and legally able to work.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Stable internet connection.
