Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Based in Damascus, the role supports Rihlaexpress’s commitment to efficient, reliable logistics and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items according to order specifications and company standards.
• Label packages, organize shipments and coordinate dispatch with warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, update stock records and conduct basic counts.
• Handle returns, investigate order discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Communicate with internal teams and, when required, customers to ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Strong attention to accuracy and safe product handling.
• Proficiency in inventory management and control, including tracking stock and reporting variances.
• Customer service experience with professional communication skills.
• Basic sales awareness and ability to support cross‑functional teams.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply‑chain training is a plus.
