OSS/BSS Consultant – Telecom Architecture & Transformation (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OSS/BSS Consultant to lead the definition and design of a comprehensive OSS/BSS architecture. The consultant will ensure seamless integration across CRM, OSS, ERP, and network domains, supporting an end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash journey for a telecom transformation project.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target OSS/BSS architecture aligned with TM Forum standards.
• Design end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes spanning CRM, BSS, OSS, and network layers.
• Architect system integrations using TM Forum Open APIs and REST/SOAP services.
• Develop RFP/RFI documentation and evaluate vendor technical proposals.
• Define data models, governance frameworks, and operational KPIs.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for IT, network teams, vendors, and system integrators.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments.
• Proven track record in OSS/BSS transformation or greenfield programmes.
• Strong background in RFP/RFI preparation and vendor evaluation.
• Fluency in designing REST and SOAP API integrations across complex landscapes.
