Partner Growth Manager – Software Quality & Enterprise Solutions

About the role

TestCrew is looking for a results‑driven Partner Growth Manager to expand its presence in the Syrian market. You will promote a portfolio of Software Quality Engineering, Digital Transformation, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI and Enterprise Solutions to public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across Syria.
• Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders and other decision‑makers.
• Promote TestCrew’s solutions in Software Quality, DevOps, ITSM, Cybersecurity, AI and Digital Assurance.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
• Expand business through strategic technology partners such as Atlassian, Tricentis, Datadog and BrowserStack.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate CRM forecasts.
• Conduct market research and represent TestCrew at industry events.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or business development.
• Proven track record selling enterprise software, digital transformation, cloud, DevOps, QA, ITSM or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise or government customers preferred.
• Existing network within the Syrian market is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
