Product Manager

About the role

Paymera is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Product Manager to drive the planning and execution of its digital financial platforms. Reporting to the CTO, you will act as the bridge between business needs, technology, and user experience, shaping innovative fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize features in line with Paymera’s fintech strategy.
• Translate business, regulatory, and market requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and development team to ensure technical alignment and scalability.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews, providing continuous feedback.
• Oversee development of digital payment solutions, wallets, banking integrations, and ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Technology, Compliance, Operations, Marketing) and track product performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, banking systems, and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with development teams and technical leaders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
