Remote Call Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Operator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy customer interaction and working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Update customer information in CRM systems.
• Support customer engagement activities.

Required profile

• Good computer skills.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Willingness to work with outbound calls.
• Arabic – Native, English – Intermediate, Russian – A plus.
