About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Operator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy customer interaction and working in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Update customer information in CRM systems.
- Support customer engagement activities.
Required profile
- Good computer skills.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Willingness to work with outbound calls.
- Arabic – Native, English – Intermediate, Russian – A plus.
