Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

About the role

Our client seeks a persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work remotely from Jordan or Syria. The SDR will focus on outbound prospecting, contacting senior decision‑makers in Saudi Arabian enterprises, and qualifying leads to create high‑intent meetings for the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound calling and email campaigns targeting KSA decision‑makers.
• Identify and map key stakeholders, understand business pain points, and qualify prospective accounts.
• Convert cold leads into booked meetings for the sales team.
• Track daily outreach metrics, conversion rates, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Deliver clear, engaging elevator pitches for the company’s SaaS and software solutions.

Required profile

• Resides and works remotely from Jordan or Syria.
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or SDR roles focused on the Saudi Arabian corporate market.
• Background with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or digital solutions.
• Demonstrated success turning cold calls into calendar‑booked meetings.
• Excellent phone presence with fluent Arabic and English communication and strong objection‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for tracking outreach and pipeline.
