About the role
The Sales Representative will execute the commercial plan for a defined territory and customer segment, focusing on the sale of power generation equipment, engines, energy solutions and related services. The role aims to drive revenue, ensure reliable energy outcomes for customers and strengthen the brand’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell power generation and energy solutions to industrial and commercial clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through proposal development, pricing, and commercial negotiation.
- Maintain disciplined opportunity management and value‑based selling practices.
- Engage technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support tender processes and project‑based sales activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering, business or a related field.
- 0‑5 years of experience in power generation, energy solutions, industrial equipment or B2B project sales.
- Familiarity with tenders and project‑based sales is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pricing discipline, proposal development and commercial negotiations in the Power & Energy sector.
- Excellent customer‑facing and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
