Senior B2B Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior B2B Sales Director to lead and scale AMG’s B2B sales growth. The role combines high‑level strategic leadership with hands‑on business development across international markets, focusing on SaaS and complex enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute AMG’s B2B sales strategy to meet revenue and expansion targets.
• Build, manage and continuously optimise the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify, negotiate with and secure high‑value B2B clients, strategic partners and enterprise accounts.
• Lead SaaS and solution‑selling initiatives by aligning product value with client needs.
• Represent AMG in face‑to‑face meetings, networking events and business development activities.
• Drive international market expansion by defining entry strategies and establishing regional partnerships.
• Recruit, coach and lead a high‑performing sales team, implementing sales processes, KPIs, CRM systems and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, preferably with international exposure.
• Track record of closing high‑value deals and building scalable revenue engines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of professional international sales standards and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
