Senior Cost Control Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to lead financial performance monitoring for major construction, infrastructure, and EPC projects. In this role you will ensure projects stay within budget, provide accurate forecasts, and support decision‑making with insightful cost analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Track project progress against approved budgets and highlight deviations.
• Review subcontractor invoices, payments, and cost allocations.
• Provide project management with cost‑related insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company cost‑control procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in cost control within construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and project cost management.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with cost‑control software tools.
