Senior Project Manager – OSP

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – OSP will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large outside‑plant (OSP) projects in Syria. You will coordinate vendors, stakeholders and contractors, ensuring that project plans, risks and financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendors, stakeholders and contractors for the full OSP scope.
• Synchronise communication plans, escalation matrices, project schedules, change and risk management documents.
• Collaborate with the Project Director to create the WBS, deliverable packages, implementation and financial plans.
• Conduct project meetings, audit contractor performance and report non‑compliances.
• Oversee project handover, financial targets and regular reporting using approved templates.
• Track and resolve implementation‑blocking issues, enforce recovery plans and hold progress review meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of telecommunications experience, including at least 4 years managing large OSP projects.
• University degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Proven deployment management and supervision experience in OSP environments (FTTX, long‑distance/backhaul).
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Fluent English.
