Senior Sales Account Manager

About the role

Data Center Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Account Manager to expand its market presence across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and audio‑visual services. You will be responsible for building long‑term client relationships and driving revenue growth in the Syria and GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure lasting partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market reach.
• Present and promote tailored company solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to design customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Create and execute account strategies that boost client value and retention.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue projections.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain a yearly pipeline with at least a 40% closure rate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/account‑management experience in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and perform under pressure.
