Senior Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Officer to lead and develop our sales activities for locally manufactured and imported aluminum accessories. As the first sales leader in the company, you will shape the sales function, expand the customer base, and support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and annual sales plans, targets, and forecasts.
• Lead day‑to‑day sales activities and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, increasing account value.
• Identify and acquire new customers and expand into new market segments.
• Conduct regular market visits and actively develop new sales opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and segment the customer database and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Track unmet customer demand, analyze causes, and recommend solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs, providing regular insights.
• Identify market needs and recommend new products for local manufacturing or import.
• Support commercial evaluation of imported products from China, including demand, pricing, and sales potential.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for imported products and monitor performance.
• Recommend reordering, adjustment, or discontinuation of imported products based on market demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, aluminum, building materials, hardware, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Good analytical skills with ability to work with sales data, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Ownership mindset and ability to build a sales function in a growing organization.
