Senior Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Surveyor to lead surveying activities on complex airport, aviation and large‑scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage a team of surveyors, ensure accurate data collection, and support the delivery of mega‑projects across civil, structural and utilities works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all surveying tasks for runways, taxiways, aprons, terminal buildings and associated infrastructure.
• Develop detailed survey plans and ensure they align with project schedules.
• Coordinate surveying activities with civil, structural and utilities engineering teams.
• Maintain compliance with local and international surveying standards and safety regulations.
• Produce accurate survey reports, as‑built drawings and data packages for client and contractor review.
• Mentor and supervise junior surveyors and field staff.
• Manage surveying equipment, calibrations and data acquisition tools.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of surveying experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• At least 3 years in a senior surveying role.
• Proven experience on airport, aviation, transportation, infrastructure, highways or EPC mega projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional surveying license or certification is an advantage.
• Syrian nationality (preference stated in posting).
