About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the company's recruitment function, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high‑quality talent that aligns with business objectives. This senior role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improves employer branding and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce plans and business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes to achieve timely and quality hires.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage, coach, and develop the recruitment team to meet performance targets.
• Drive sourcing initiatives and build talent pipelines through multiple channels.
• Oversee candidate assessment, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience to attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent mapping, and employer branding.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Experience with HR systems and social media recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency in recruitment analytics, KPI tracking, and data‑driven decision‑making.
