About the role
Olivery is seeking a full‑time Technical Sales Representative to join its Damascus office. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, understanding their logistics requirements, and presenting tailored technology‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and engage new customers in the logistics sector.
- Analyse client needs and propose customized Olivery solutions.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and product training sessions.
- Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and report activity using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical sales and general sales practices.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
