Technical Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join Azurreo’s international Technical Support team. The role is fully remote and serves customers worldwide, providing first‑line assistance for telecom and networking issues.

Key responsibilities

• Own support tickets from assignment to resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Tier 1 technical problems reported by customers.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, WhatsApp and ticketing system.
• Assist with DNS, SSL certificates, FTP, email configuration, internet connectivity and general network issues.
• Support telecom equipment such as routers, gateways, SIM‑management platforms and related hardware.
• Document all actions, findings and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Local Support teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and patience when dealing with diverse cultures.

Required skills

• Email client configuration.
• Internet connectivity and general network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of routers, gateways and SIM‑management platforms.
