Telesales Representative – Dental Services

About the role

The Telesales Representative will promote Kristal Clinic’s dental and cosmetic dentistry services to prospective and existing patients in Damascus. This full‑time, on‑site position involves phone outreach, explaining treatment options, and guiding callers through appointment booking and follow‑up processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing patients by phone to introduce clinic services and current promotions.
• Answer inquiries, provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and scheduling.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting ongoing patient engagement initiatives.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new services and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English with clear phone etiquette.
• Customer service experience and ability to resolve concerns professionally.
• Sales aptitude, including negotiation and persuasion, with a focus on meeting targets.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training on dental services.
• Fluency in relevant local languages; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Damascus, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
