About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Office Administrator to join our team in Damascus. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks and supporting the coordination of schedules and meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain both digital and physical records accurately.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to team members and facilitate internal and external communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic IT troubleshooting.
