Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will coordinate and monitor field inspection activities for fibre surveys, ensuring data quality and compliance with standards. You will work closely with survey teams, OSP contractors, and the Quality Survey & Audit department to deliver accurate and reliable survey results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing field survey plans, templates, and procedures based on approved standards.
• Coordinate, communicate, and enforce survey procedures with all involved parties.
• Conduct site inspections to identify audit discrepancies and provide feedback for training.
• Monitor field survey activities to ensure they follow agreed plans and procedures.
• Collect, consolidate, and pre‑process data from field teams for the Quality Survey & Audit team.
• Verify that survey outputs contain complete and consistent information, correcting any gaps.
• Prepare regular reports on survey progress, performance, and quality metrics.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in survey and audit activities.
• Direct experience with fibre surveys.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
