Reporting & Scheduling Specialist

About the role

The Reporting & Scheduling Specialist develops, maintains, and controls project schedules for OSP, ISP, Data Center, and Exchange activities. The role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analytical insights to support project visibility and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules across all implementation phases.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against baseline schedules and identify variances.
• Prepare forecasts, delay analyses, mitigation plans, and recovery schedules in coordination with project teams and contractors.
• Consolidate progress data from multiple regions, contractors, and departments into centralized reporting structures.
• Create weekly, monthly, and KPI‑aligned progress reports for management and client stakeholders.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, advanced Excel trackers, and visual reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP systems, client portals, databases, and internal platforms.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, permitting, implementation, and contractor teams to align schedules.
• Validate contractor progress submissions and integrate them into master schedules.
• Support automation and digitalization of reporting processes.
• Conduct schedule and reporting audits to detect discrepancies.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and analytical insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity.
• Excellent coordination skills across engineering, design, permitting, and contractor teams.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and reporting streams simultaneously.
• Experience in preparing executive‑level reports and presentations.
