Frontend Developer

About the role

The Front‑End Developer will design, develop and customize user‑facing interfaces for a client platform. Working closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, backend developers and solution architects, you will deliver intuitive, secure and responsive experiences for a range of operational users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize client front‑end screens, dashboards, forms, portals and UI components.
• Translate functional requirements, wireframes and workflow specifications into functional front‑end features.
• Integrate front‑end components with APIs, services and database‑driven functionality.
• Customize Odoo views, menus, actions, forms, list, kanban and report dashboards where required.
• Ensure interfaces are responsive, accessible, secure and follow approved UX/UI standards.
• Implement role‑based UI behavior based on permissions and access groups.
• Support workflow‑driven UI actions such as approvals, notifications and validations.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint activities, defect resolution and release packaging.
• Assist UAT, issue triage, troubleshooting and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in front‑end development for enterprise web applications.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or workflow management platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Required skills

• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML.
• Modern front‑end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Odoo UI customization (views, menus, forms, dashboards).
• Integration with REST APIs and backend services.
• Responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility and performance optimization.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with issue‑tracking systems.
