Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s assets and ensuring the integrity of all accounting processes. This role leads the monthly closing, revenue recording, and financial reporting functions while aligning with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee the monthly closing process.
• Develop and refine business processes for revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee contracts related to financial reporting and ensure proper internal controls.
• Lead strategic planning for accounting policies and standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and industry regulations.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Excellent analytical skills for variance analysis and trend identification.
• Experience preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
