Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 8 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, or equivalent) is a plus.
- GCC experience is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CCS (Candy) system.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6.
