Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of experience, including 8 years in a supervisory role.
Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, or equivalent) is a plus.
GCC experience is an added advantage.

Required skills

Proficiency in CCS (Candy) system.
Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
Knowledge of Primavera P6.
