Head of Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven, commercially minded Head of Business Unit to lead the SmarTrack business. In this hands‑on leadership role you will own end‑to‑end performance, operations, customer experience and team effectiveness, turning strategic objectives into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall business performance, build and continuously improve the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring timely assignment and completion of customer requests, service activities, technical issues and field tasks.
• Take responsibility for customer experience, monitor service levels and satisfaction, manage critical escalations and drive retention.
• Develop and lead the SmarTrack team, set clear responsibilities, targets and KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and results.
• Establish and maintain a KPI framework covering growth, operations, customer experience and productivity; review weekly and act on trends.
• Ensure SOPs and processes are followed, identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements to support scalable growth.
