Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, ensuring that recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and development initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals. This senior position works closely with department heads to build a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to design and implement performance management systems, set goals and conduct appraisals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; update HR policies as needed.
• Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs and support mentorship initiatives.
• Drive HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity programs and change‑management efforts.
• Track HR metrics, prepare analytical reports and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
