Laravel Developer – Full‑time Web Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team in Dhaka. You will work on cutting‑edge web solutions, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high‑performance applications in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimise performance.
• Conduct code reviews and follow best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of professional experience in web development.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Dhaka office.
• Ability to attend a physical interview.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• JavaScript, jQuery and optionally Vue.js or React.
• Git and GitHub for version control.

What we offer

• Salary range 20,000–50,000 BDT per month, based on skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Performance bonus and two festival bonuses.
• Full‑time position with a 6‑day work week (9 hours per day, including a 1‑hour break).
