Marketing & Sales Operations Assistant

About the role

Azurreo is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Assistant to support outbound marketing and sales activities for both Azurreo and its SignalVerify platform. This fully remote, entry‑level position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys clear communication and keeping sales processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shared outbound sales inboxes and respond to prospects using approved templates.
• Ensure timely follow‑up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records, organizing contacts, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Categorize incoming responses (e.g., Interested, Follow‑up Later, Not Interested, Unsubscribe).
• Escalate qualified sales opportunities promptly to the Sales team.
• Support outbound marketing campaigns and related operational tasks.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and organization.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Professional, reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with email management tools (preferred).
