Reporting / Scheduling Specialist

About the role

The Reporting / Scheduling Specialist will develop, maintain, and control project schedules across OSP, ISP, DC, and Exchange activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for project visibility and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain detailed project schedules for all phases of telecom infrastructure implementation.
• Track progress against baseline schedules, identify variances and prepare forecasts, delay analyses and recovery plans.
• Consolidate progress data from multiple regions and contractors into unified weekly, monthly and KPI‑aligned reports.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel trackers and visual reports to enhance project visibility.
• Validate contractor progress submissions and ensure data accuracy across ERP systems and client portals.
• Support automation of reporting processes and conduct schedule audits to identify discrepancies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in scheduling, reporting or project controls within telecom or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for conveying complex data.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Project scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Power BI and advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and client portals for progress monitoring.
