Sales Support Executive

About the role

Faster Rent A Car is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Support Executive to join the team in Syria and support its UAE sales operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through WhatsApp, live chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate professionally with international clients to understand rental requirements.
• Prepare and present rental offers, quotations, and suitable vehicle options.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and upsell additional services.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes, and follow‑up tasks.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to response time, conversion rate, and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Fast and accurate typing and chatting skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Previous experience in car rental or customer‑facing sales is an advantage.
