Senior Odoo Consultant (Expert Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Consultant (Expert Level) to lead end‑to‑end Odoo ERP implementations for a diverse portfolio of clients. This remote contract position will involve translating business requirements into robust Odoo solutions that improve efficiency and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client business processes and define functional requirements.
• Configure, customize and integrate core Odoo modules to match client workflows.
• Design and implement data migration strategies and conduct comprehensive system testing.
• Provide user training, create clear functional documentation and deliver post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants and client stakeholders to ensure timely, on‑scope delivery.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Odoo ERP implementation across multiple industries.
• Strong background in business process analysis, workflow design and solution mapping.
• Experience with data migration, troubleshooting and performance optimisation in ERP environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field; Odoo certifications are a plus.
