Agricultural Sales Representative

About the role

Daman Agricultural Co. Ltd is seeking a full‑time remote Agricultural Sales Representative to grow and manage a portfolio of farmers, distributors and agri‑business clients. You will promote fertilizers, seeds and pesticides that match crop and soil requirements while delivering technical support and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a client portfolio through virtual and occasional on‑site consultations.
• Provide product information, technical advice and prepare quotations.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Research market trends, identify new business opportunities and collaborate on pricing, promotions and customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records, meet sales targets and comply with agricultural regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in agricultural sales, agribusiness or related commercial roles, preferably with fertilizers, seeds or pesticides.
• Knowledge of crop production, soil health and plant protection products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively and meet reporting deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools for lead management, activity tracking and proposal preparation.
• Problem‑solving mindset, customer‑focused approach and attention to detail.
• Relevant education in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, field days or industry events.
