B2B Sales Director – Lead International SaaS Growth

About the role

AMG is seeking a senior B2B Sales Director to drive and scale its B2B revenue across local and international markets. The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on business development, focusing on SaaS and complex enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute AMG’s B2B sales strategy for regional and global markets.
• Build, manage, and continuously improve the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Design structured sales processes, KPIs, reporting systems and performance standards.
• Identify, approach and close high‑value enterprise clients, leading negotiations with senior decision‑makers.
• Create sales scripts, pitch decks, proposals, pricing structures and closing strategies.
• Sell SaaS products, digital platforms and software solutions, translating features into business value and ROI.
• Conduct in‑person meetings, visits, events and networking to develop strong offline relationships.
• Support AMG’s expansion into new regions, identifying market opportunities, verticals and partnership channels.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B, SaaS and enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated success in international markets and face‑to‑face business development.
• Strong track record of closing high‑value deals with senior executives.
• Experience working outside Syria and familiarity with global sales standards.
• Strategic thinker who can build scalable sales processes and revenue engines.
