Brand Manager – Confectionery & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning and growth of our confectionery and beverage brands. Based in Aqaba, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to shape brand strategy and drive market success.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform brand strategy.
• Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Coordinate new product launches, packaging updates and promotional activities with marketing, sales, production and R&D.
• Monitor brand performance KPIs, manage marketing budgets and work with external agencies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and report results to senior management.
• Contribute to long‑term brand innovation and portfolio planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in FMCG brand or product management, preferably in confectionery, food or beverages.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Aqaba and collaborate within diverse teams.
