Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Madar Group’s consumer‑goods portfolio. Based in Damascus, this full‑time, on‑site role ensures strong market positioning and consistent brand identity across household and personal‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to shape brand direction.
• Manage brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports and presentations.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and distribution teams to align branding with business goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and support long‑term brand planning and budget management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing planning, and campaign execution within consumer goods or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution environments for household or personal‑care products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
